professional leadership

I am an experienced leader, developing and directing academic and community organizations. My current position is Campus Dean for the New York Institute of Technology Beijing Program. My experience includes academic and business administration; program & project management; event & conference direction; curriculum development; budget management; committee & board leadership; marketing media coordination, fund raising; grant writing; and strategic planning. My design training gives me experience in planning, understanding the relationship between promotions and development; developing creative solutions to build and grow organizations.
